We want you to love your SinkSideKick! If it's not working out, here's how we can help.

Before Requesting a Return Many issues can be resolved with a quick adjustment. Please visit the How-To section and watch the installation video—most fit and function concerns are easily fixed.

Returns

• Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
• Items must be unused and in original packaging
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Refunds Once we receive your return, we'll inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items If your SinkSideKick arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days at tinkeredinc@gmail.com and we'll make it right.
